Garosoft LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how ConfigPad (“Software” or “Service”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when used by individuals or organizations.
By using ConfigPad, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
ConfigPad may collect and store information submitted by users, including but not limited to:
- Client and customer details
- Technical notes and documentation
- Invoices, estimates, payments, and billing information
- Inventory and asset records
- Work orders, projects, and service history
- Remote support notes
- User account information (name, email, role)
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
We may collect limited technical information such as:
- IP address
- Device and browser type
- Log data and usage statistics
- Date and time of access
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain ConfigPad
- Store and organize IT management data
- Process transactions and payments
- Improve functionality and user experience
- Provide customer support

- Comply with legal obligations
4. Data Ownership
All data entered into ConfigPad remains the property of the user or their organization. Garosoft LLC does not claim ownership of client data stored within the Software.

- With trusted service providers who assist in operating the Software

- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Garosoft LLC, users, or others
6. Data Security

7. Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as the user maintains an active account or as required by law. Users may request data deletion upon account termination, subject to legal or contractual obligations.

9. Third-Party Services

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: December 19, 2025
1. Grant of License
Saturn Technologies LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ConfigPad for internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Ownership
ConfigPad is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain the exclusive property of Garosoft LLC.
3. Permitted Use
You may:
- Use ConfigPad to manage IT-related data, including clients, projects, invoices, inventory, and support records
- Access the Software according to your subscription or license level
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Use the Software for unlawful purposes
- Remove proprietary notices or branding
- Share access credentials without authorization
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of data entered
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
6. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you submit. By using ConfigPad, you grant Garosoft LLC a limited right to process data solely for providing the Service.
7. Updates and Modifications
Garosoft LLC may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
8. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
ConfigPad is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garosoft LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use ConfigPad.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garosoft LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and GarosoftLLC regarding ConfigPad and supersedes prior agreements.
Subscription & Billing Terms
ConfigPad

1. Subscription Plans
ConfigPad is offered on a subscription basis. Features, limits, and pricing depend on the selected plan.
Garosoft LLC reserves the right to modify plans, pricing, or features with reasonable notice.
2. Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected
- Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
3. Payments
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Garosoft LLC to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
Failure to process payment may result in:
- Service suspension
- Account termination after notice
4. Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes required by law.
5. Upgrades & Downgrades
- Plan upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
- Feature access may change based on plan level
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for unused time.
7. Account Suspension
Garosoft LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Non-payment
- Violation of terms
- Illegal or abusive use of the Service
8. Changes to Billing Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ConfigPad constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Garosoft LLC
This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between Garosoft LLC (“Processor”) and the customer (“Controller”).
1. Subject Matter
This DPA governs the processing of personal data by Garosoft LLC on behalf of the customer through the use of ConfigPad.
2. Roles of the Parties
- Customer: Data Controller
- Garosoft LLC: Data Processor
The customer determines the purpose and means of processing personal data.
3. Types of Personal Data
Personal data processed may include:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers
- Client and company information
- Billing and payment records
- Technical documentation and support notes
4. Processing Activities
Data is processed solely to:
- Provide and maintain the ConfigPad Service
- Store and organize IT documentation
- Provide technical support
- Ensure security and compliance
5. Processor Obligations
Garosoft LLC agrees to:
- Process data only on documented instructions from the customer
- Ensure confidentiality of authorized personnel
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards
- Assist with data subject requests where reasonably possible
6. Subprocessors
Garosoft LLC may use subprocessors (e.g., hosting, backups, payments). All subprocessors are required to maintain appropriate data protection standards.
7. Data Security
Security measures include:
- Access controls
- Logical separation of customer data
- Secure infrastructure and monitoring
8. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, Garosoft LLC will notify the customer without undue delay after becoming aware of the breach.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
Upon termination of the Service:
- Customer may request data export
- Data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe unless legally required to retain it
10. International Transfers
Where applicable, data transfers outside the EU will be protected using appropriate safeguards.
11. Audits
Customers may request reasonable information to verify compliance with this DPA.
12. Governing Law
This DPA shall be governed by the laws of State of Georgia, United States.
13. Order of Precedence
If conflicts arise, this DPA takes precedence over other agreements regarding data protection.
